Are you registered and licensed?
Yes, all our contractors and trades are licensed and hold appropriate accreditation and insurance for commercial and domestic builds
What are provisional sums?
Provisional sum items refer to allowances for specific elements of work that are not yet able to be tendered for pricing. If you would like further clarification, please have a chat with the friendly team from IQ Commercial or your project manager.
What happens if there are defects with my commercial project?
While we have a 100% defect-free track record, in the unlikely event that you do notice a defect please contact your project manager and we will visit the site and rectify the issue.
What is included in your contract price of a commercial build?
All inclusions are outlined in detail in the contract and we sit down and work through each and every element to ensure all commercial inclusions are suitable for your project needs. Variations during the project are at an additional cost and will be outlined during the project to ensure complete transparency.
Can you assure me there won’t be any hidden extras in my build?
We pride ourselves on offering a transparent and professional commercial construction service and all extras and variances are discussed with clients and outlined in writing ahead of the updates being made on the project. We also provide weekly updates and are available for any questions throughout the construction process so you can have peace of mind that your build is in good hands.
