It's been a real pleasure having you guys do our build
"Building a new home is always going to have it's challenges but with IQ John has been so professional, understanding & always helped to find the best solution, he has been a really great project manager.
Also hats off to WA Prestige who have absorbed so many issues along the way we really have appreciated their understanding & fairness.
I think we've got through like a breeze compared to so many other builds out there at the moment.
Great team you have, keep up the good work.''

IQ Construction, a fabulous experience
"My experience with IQ Construction was fabulous, from first meeting Dave, he absolutely understood what I required for my Granny Flat, and designed the most beautiful space for me to live in.
Then to Daniel, the building supervisor, he kept me updated all the way through. Every question was answered promptly and in detail.
Daniel even included my grandchildren, daughter & son in-law, in a particular project on their house, and my granny flat. Providing hard hats, hammers, nails stepladder and instructions.
What wonderful memories we all have of being so hands on during the build.
We can all say, we actually “built” a little part of our dream homes.''

Extremely helpful and professional
"During construction of an adjacent property, the contractors had damaged our asbestos fencing. John was very responsive and empathetic to our situation and offered to replace the fence in its entirety. The fence was promptly fixed as promised after completion of the house and during the process John ensured that we were always notified and kept in the loop. He covered all the cost of replacements and even let us pick the colour. John was extremely helpful and professional.''

Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
"We initially contacted IQ because two of our friends had houses built by IQ and had recommended them to us.
Our early meetings with them gave us confidence that we had found the right builders to entrust with building our home.
We found them transparent and honest to deal with, and the build process was managed efficiently, with minimum disruptions. The challenges that come with every project were dealt with in a fair and reasonable manner, and as the house progressed, it was often noted that extra care had been taken to ensure a quality build. We have now lived in our home for six months, and it has thoroughly justified our decision to build with IQ, proving to be exactly what we had envisioned. It is our pleasure to recommend."

I can recommend them highly! Our renovations was such a painless and smooth operation
"IQ Construction is currently building an extension to our house. Of the three quotes I obtained for the job, theirs was the most detailed and informative one . And their price was competitive. They are way ahead of schedule so far, have spent time explaining the whole process to me, have kept every undertaking and promise they’ve made and their workers and apprentices have been respectful and considerate. A friend who is in construction reviewed some of the work and was impressed. I can recommend them highly and am grateful that our renovations are such a painless and smooth operation."
