During construction of an adjacent property, the contractors had damaged our asbestos fencing. John was very responsive and empathetic to our situation and offered to replace the fence in its entirety. The fence was promptly fixed as promised after completion of the house and during the process John ensured that we were always notified and kept in the loop. He covered all the cost of replacements and even let us pick the colour. John was extremely helpful and professional.
