Yes, we can engage a team of designers to create a design on your behalf or use one of our existing designs and tailor it to your needs.
How much will it cost to construct my home?
There are many variables to creating a price for each home and design is different from client to client so each of our quotes is tailored to your exact needs. Once your design is complete, our team will create a detailed quote with all the inclusions required and present this to you for your review and approval.
Do you work with the council to arrange the approval for the plans?
Yes, we can do all the paperwork on your behalf and liaise with the council to get your house plans approved.
Can you arrange construction certificates on our behalf?
Yes, we work with certifiers to arrange your certificate of design compliance for your build.
How long will the build take?
Usually, we will outline the exact time for your build ahead of commencing the project so you can keep up to date with each stage and progress. Our project managers are experts at what they do and will ensure the build process is as seamless and quick as possible. Depending on size, style and location a general guide to use (for the construction period only) is 6 months for single story homes and 12 months for double story.
Will you keep me up to date with progress for the build?
Yes, our builders and trades are onsite and can give you informal and formal updates on your build. Our office team is also on hand to step you through each stage and ensure you’re kept in the loop.
I’ve found something wrong with the house, and I have already moved in, will you fix it?
We cover all defects in the build for up to 6 months after handover and will return once you settle in to check you’re completely happy with the craftsmanship on your build. During this time, if any maintenance or issues need to be reviewed our builders will attend to any issues and ensure you’re 100% happy.
