Wanting to provide a lighter, warmer and more spacious facility for their elderly residents, IQ Construction was engaged in doing extensive renovation works that opened up lounge and dining areas, brought in large volumes of natural light and created an atrium space for a tranquil internal garden. Working with admin and architects to provide the required aged care appropriate facilities and scheduling around existing activities, IQ Construction delivered this project on time and budget.
