Working on a steeply sloping campus presented three core challenges: maintaining student access, integrating new universal-access pathways, and upgrading ageing sewage-treatment infrastructure perched on difficult terrain.
Leveraging our in-house design, BIM and 3-D modelling capability, we resolved clashes virtually before construction began, saving time and cost. A staged works programme—planned around school schedules and drop-off peaks—kept classrooms operational and playgrounds safe.
Our proven “live-site” methodology, including dust-suppression, and clear wayfinding, meant teachers could keep teaching while we built. The result: contemporary learning spaces that cascade with the landform, fully compliant accessible ramps and lifts, and a future-proof wastewater system, all delivered on schedule with transparency and plenty of communication with principals and staff.
