When Rockingham’s John Calvin School needed to grow without pausing classes, they chose IQ Construction as principal commercial builder in Perth. Nestled in the rapidly growing suburb of Forrestdale – approximately 8 km west of Armadale and 31 km, southeast of Perth CBD, is the Forrestdale Childcare Centre.
This Childcare Centre will serve a much-needed role within the local community. This commercial project consists of features that include spacious rooms for play activities and a purpose-built playscape equipment.
It features unique landscaping designs, front elevation features, and internal facilities for the children.
Another up-and-coming childcare facility for growing boutique operators. With a blend of external finishes and well-appointed internal and external finishes, this is another much-needed local facility for the growing suburb of Champion Lakes.
For us at IQ Construction, it was a genuine privilege to bring this remarkable childcare centre in Halls Head, Castle Grounds, to life! To not only build a new early learning environment for local families, but also to play a part in restoring and reimagining the iconic Halls Heads castle, made this project especially meaningful to our team. To help transform a place with so much history into something that will now be enjoyed by a new generation of children is something we are very proud of.
