Given a unique opportunity to contribute to the Byford community by providing much-needed swim school facilities, IQ Construction was engaged to deliver the Super Kids Aquatic Byford Centre.
Wanting to provide a lighter, warmer and more spacious facility for their elderly residents, IQ Construction was engaged in doing extensive commercial renovation works that opened up lounge and dining areas, brought in large volumes of natural light and created an atrium space for a tranquil internal garden.
Requiring some much-needed TLC and a face lift, IQ Construction was engaged by the SJ Shire to deliver the changes required to the local community hall. Improving access, openings, door widths, external heights and finishes and reconfiguring internal fit-outs and cabinetry to be functional and practical, we were proud to deliver much needed upgrades to these community facilities.

A growing Christian private school tucked behind the main streets of Byford required several additional classrooms, administration building extensions and upgrades to staff facilities.
Needing to cater to a greater number of students, the school called for tenders for providing additional classrooms that fit into the schools existing style and feel. The classrooms needed to be constructed during school terms and completed by the final term to provide sufficient time for the faculty to set up for the New Year.
Challenged with a sloping block we combined pole home and lightweight construction methods to provide a unique looking home. Mixing acrylic texture coating with colorbond cladding, this home certainly catches the eye.
