Here’s a recent home we built in the Perth hills suburb of Roleystone. The owners are very happy with their new home and we are pleased to be part of their family legacy. It combines some of our greatest strengths in that it’s a custom timber frame home design on a sloping block.

Oakford – 5×3 Home Construction in Progress

New Home In Oakford

One of many current projects IQ Construction is currently working on is this beautiful home in Oakford, a spacious 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home with free-form dining and living for entertainment and/or family purposes. It also boasts a modern kitchen with a hidden scullery to leave out your necessity’s and preparations without having a cluttered and messy bench space.

Wonderful Features

This home includes a perfect balance of work and play with a separate theatre room away from the kitchen and dining room that’s purely for relaxation and pleasure with the family, or simply just some alone time. There’s also a great sized office next to the master bedroom, with enough space to cater for a stress free at home/work environment along with nice views of the scenery out front.

Bird’s Eye View

Brendan Dekker, our senior Draughtsman and Estimator took a trip down to the site and got some photos of the current progress. Brendan captured a bird’s eye view of the concrete slab and preparation before the brick works took place. At the rear of the house, a large water tank has been installed that enables the owners to catch rain water and make the most efficient and economical use of our precious water resources.
